Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

A simple spaghetti dish with garlic and olive oil

Ingredients

Garlic
2 cloves
Spaghetti
150g
Parsley
small bunch of
Chilli Flakes
handful of
Lemon
juice of 1

Method

Begin cooking the pasta. Heat the olive oil in a pan, and add the chopped garlic once the oil is shimmering. Add the chilli flakes once the garlic barely starts to brown.<br> Once the garlic is browned, lower the heat. Add the pasta and parsley, and add a little pasta water if required. Plate up, and squeeze over the lemon and optionally some black pepper.
